We spent a few wonderful days at "Nonna Mora".  The host, Antonella welcomed us warmly with a true kindness.  One advice: speak to her in Italian, even if your language skills are limited like ours. Ask for her suggestions ("Che cosa mi consiglio?") and her smile will be even bigger. The room was charming, very calm (no noise of traffic) and relaxing. There is a splendid view on Tuscany from the garden which you can enjoy with a good bottle of wine. The breakfast was different every morning and delicious, representative of the local delicacies. The road to access the bead & breakfast is a bit narrow and steep. There is nothing to worry about if you like driving as we do, but it could be difficult for those anxious behind a steering wheel.
